This Dendrobium is also known as The White Haired Dendrobium and Old Man Orchid due to its fluffy, hairy, succulent-like pseudobulbs. With good care, it produces charming, bright yellow flowers that exude a delicate lemony fragrance. It is also very suitable for keeping in a pot in a terrarium.

Ben's tips on plant care:
- Location/light requirements: partial shade to light, avoid direct sunlight
- Substrate: in well-drained orchid substrate with good drainage
- Temperature: optimal at 28-29° C (day), 19° C (night)
- Watering: water 1-2 times a week when the upper substrate layers begin to dry. Only use lukewarm water with a low lime content. Water less in winter.
- Humidity: requires high humidity, use a humidifier or place it in the terrarium
- Addition of nutrients: Only fertilize moderately every 4 weeks with diluted orchid fertilizer during the growth period.
- Keep drier and brighter in winter and slightly damper and shadier in summer.
