- Location/light requirements: partial shade to light, avoid direct sunlight.
- Substrate: high-quality potting soil with good drainage
- Temperature: optimal at 23-27° C (day), 18-21° C (night)
- Watering: Keep the substrate moist and water when the top layer of substrate begins to dry, using lukewarm water with little lime, but avoid waterlogging. Water less in winter.
- Humidity: requires high humidity, but do not spray the leaves! Use a humidifier or place in the terrarium
- Addition of nutrients: In spring/summer approx. every 2 weeks with liquid fertilizer.
- Repot approx. every 1-2 years when the plant is suitably rooted.
- The fine-haired leaves should not get wet, so they should not be sprayed and the plant should only be watered from below.
