Cryptanthus are small terrestrial bromeliads which are very robust and suitable for very small vivariums.
With its bright colours and its white blooms Cryptanthus is often used for rainforest vivariums.

Requirements:	very easy to keep
Origin:	Brazil

Tank size:	at least 30 cm in length, 30 cm in height
Temperature:	about 20°C - 28°C
Climate:	high humidity
Light:	middle lighting intensity

Hints:
This bromeliad can be mounted on a treefern root branch with a small amount of live moss because it can`t handle "wet feet".
